Miller Center Contract Courses

If you are a Chamber of Commerce, a local business association or a group of small businesses interested in professional continuing education for your group, the Miller Center can create a unique course schedule tailored to your group's individual needs and budget.

Course subjects include:

• General business planning
• Developing a personal business plan
• Financial planning including instruction in the use of business software such as Excel, Outlook, Quicken, QuickBooks for Small Businesses, etc.
• Legal issues
• Marketing
• Federal and State taxation 

Courses can be tailored to a particular geographic area, current issue or subject matter. All seminars, workshops and courses can be scheduled for one day, one week or one month, or over the course of several days, weeks or months, depending on the required time commitment or complexity of the subject matter. Sessions can be held at our Westminster campus, the Sykesville Center, your facilities or facilities in your area.

With access to instructors and programs to suit everyone's needs, the Miller Center and Carroll Community College will work with your time restrictions and budget to prepare the most cost effective continuing education instruction for your members.
