Rose O'Neill Joins Carroll Community College

Rose O'Neill joined Carroll Community College (Carroll) on Jan. 16, 2007, as an accounting instructor.

O'Neill has more than 25 years of business experience in accounting and finance and had been employed as a Financial Software Implementation consultant. She has also served as an adjunct instructor at Carroll and Howard Community College. 

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from University of Maryland, College Park; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Goucher College and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Loyola College. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

O'Neill resides in Westminster.

The college is located at 1601 Washington Road, Westminster.
