Voice Master Class Offered at Carroll Community College
Carroll Community College will present a free Voice Master Class, featuring Dr. Gerald Phillips, a professor at Towson University. The class will be held April 27, 2007, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Theater in the Scott Center.
Students and community members are invited to come and learn tips on how to improve their singing.
