Carroll Community College Calls Local Authors, Exhibitors to Participate in Eleventh Annual Random House Book Fair

The Eleventh Annual Random House Book Fair, a community event sponsored by Random House and Carroll Community College (Carroll), will be held at the college on Saturday, November 10, 2007 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proceeds from the Book Fair fund scholarships for students at Carroll.

Local authors are invited to participate in the event. Interested local authors can be a part of this year's Book Fair by downloading an application from www.carrollcc.edu. The forms and a registration fee of $25 should be returned no later than Aug. 1, 2007 to the Carroll Community College Foundation Office at 1601 Washington Rd., Westminster, Md. 21157.

Local artisans and non-profit organizations who wish to be part of the Book Fair can participate as exhibitors. Exhibitors gain exposure for their organizations while supporting this important event. Visit www.carrollcc.edu to download and return the registration form. The fee for non-profit organizations to exhibit is $25 and businesses will be charged a $50 registration fee. Submissions are being accepted at the Carroll Community College Foundation Office at 1601 Washington Rd., Westminster, Md. 21157.
