Margaret Welliver Joins Foundation Board
of Directors at Carroll Community College

Margaret Welliver was recently elected to the board of directors of the Carroll Community College Foundation. Welliver is actively involved in a number of community organizations, serving in leadership capacities. She previously worked as a senior human resources representative for Quintiles, Inc. and currently works as a substitute teacher for the Carroll County Public Schools.

 "It is my pleasure to welcome Margaret Welliver to the Foundation Board of Directors,' said College President Dr. Faye Pappalardo. "She will be a wonderful addition and we are fortunate to have her join us."

"Margaret Welliver has quickly become involved in the Foundation's Starry Night gala and is giving meaningfully of her time and talents," said Foundation Executive Director Steve Wantz.

Margaret, her husband Tom, and their two children, reside in Westminster, Md.

The Carroll Community College Foundation develops private resources to benefit the mission and vision of Carroll Community College.
