Carroll Community College Students Win Awards for the Green Team Club

Westminster, Md., May 18, 2009-Carroll Community College student Katie Stonesifer has designed several items for the Green Team, informing everyone why they should support the club. For this reason, Stonesifer received "The Miracle Worker" Award from the Student Government Organization. In addition, Autumn Wenderoth won "The March of the Penguins" Award for being inspiring and hatching new ideas for the future.
 
Award titles were based on popular movies that best describe the qualities of the winners. The awards were presented at a student banquet with a "Hollywood" theme that was held in the Great Hall of the college on May 15.

The Student Government Organization is the umbrella organization for all college clubs.
