National External Diploma Program Offered by Carroll Community College

Westminster, Md., Jan. 26, 2010-- Carroll Community College offers the National External Diploma Program, which provides an alternate route for obtaining a high school diploma for adults over age 18.  Pre-screening sessions to determine program eligibility will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at 9 a.m. and Thursday, Feb. 11 at 6 p.m. at 224 North Center Street, Westminster, MD  21157.  There is no charge for the pre-screenings; tuition for the program is $200.  Limited financial assistance is available for students who qualify.  Please call 410-386-2550 for information and to register for a pre-screening session.
