Carroll Community College Offers IT CareerPaths
Westminster, Md., Carroll Community College will offer an intensive four-day continuing education program for current high school students interested in careers in Information Technology (IT) from Monday, June 21 through Thursday, June 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost is $245.00.
IT Career Paths features:
o Hands-on experience working with IT projects in a variety of areas including programming, networking, hardware and software support, and video game programming.
o Visits to local IT departments of some of the area's leaders in information technology and see their technology firsthand.
o Meetings with IT professionals, supervisors, and senior-level managers to learn about their work environments.
o Information about internships and career opportunities.
