Carroll Community College Foundation Announces Starry Night Featured Entertainer: The Broadway Tenors

Westminster, Md., —On Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, Carroll Community College will present Starry Night, an annual holiday tradition that features a formal reception, silent auction, live performance and post-performance dessert reception.

The Broadway Tenors will bring the best of Broadway music to Carroll County as this year’s entertainment.

This thrilling and moving evening of Broadway’s most beloved hits will feature three leading men with three unbelievable voices: Brent Barrett, Lewis Cleale and Kyle Dean Massey. Audiences from past performances have praised the Broadway Tenors for “leaving patrons breathless while recreating roles they’ve played on Broadway and on stages all over the world.”

“The evening certainly promises to be enchanting,” said College President Dr. Faye Pappalardo. “I wish to acknowledge our wonderful sponsors and individual supporters. They have demonstrated unwavering commitment to the college. On behalf of our students, I warmly extend my appreciation.”

In its eighth year, Starry Night has raised over $400,000. This important event enables the Foundation to help numerous students; purchase specialized instructional equipment; and help the college continue to grow and improve an already high-quality learning environment.

A Starry Night kick-off event will be held on Monday, Oct. 7, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Maggie’s restaurant, which is located at 310 E. Main Street in Westminster. Participants are invited to learn more about this year’s event, sample local cuisine and enjoy an evening with friends. Admission is $30 per person. The evening will also include a raffle drawing.
