FACTS Deferred Payment Plan
Carroll offers the FACTS/Nelnet Business Solutions Automatic Monthly Payment Plan as an alternative to a direct payment by cash, check or credit card.
FACTS/Nelnet enables you to pay your tuition in monthly installments if you meet either of these two criteria:
- You are a credit student for the summer, fall and spring semesters with tuition of $200 or more. The FACTS/Nelnet program is not offered during the winter semester.
- You are a continuing education student with tuition of $200 or more. Not applicable for Web registration.
Spring Enrollment Dates
Spring enrollment in the FACTS Deferred Payment Plan is required by Friday, Jan. 13.

Depending when you register for classes and submit your FACTS/Nelnet Business Solutions Payment Agreement, either of the following payment plans may apply.
- Monthly payments only
- An immediate down payment followed by monthly payments
Payments and Fees
Interest and finance charges are not assessed; however, there is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $25 per semester.
FACTS/Nelnet automatically deducts the funds from a checking or savings account, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card. The college accepts cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express if making a FACTS/Nelnet down payment at the business office.
