Special Information about Crisis Preparedness on Campus
Carroll has developed a comprehensive crisis preparedness plan. The plan provides a framework for crisis response if a violent incident or other emergency should occur on campus.
Emergency call boxes, alarms and sirens are located throughout the campus. In the case of a crisis, special codes are announced from the college's public address system. Students and employees who are registered with the college's e2campus notification system receive an emergency alert via their cell phones or email account.
The college's security officers provide full-time presence during operating hours. Officers are trained to respond to an incident until emergency first responders arrive.
Security officers also available to escort students to their cars upon request.
