Carroll Community College

Carroll Community College has developed a comprehensive crisis preparedness plan. The plan provides a framework for crisis response if a violent incident or other emergency should occur on campus.

Emergency call boxes, alarms, and sirens are located throughout the campus. In the case of a crisis, special codes will be announced over the college public address system. Students and employees who are registered with the college's E2 campus notification system will receive an emergency alert via their cell phones or e-mail accounts.

The college's five security officers provide full-time presence during operating hours. Officers are trained to respond to an incident until emergency first responders arrive.

They are also available to escort students to their cars upon request.
