Terms used in this report

Non-Campus Building or Property

  1. Any building or property owned or controlled by a student organization that is officially recognized by Carroll Community College; or
  2. Any building or property owned or controlled by the College that is used in direct support of, or in relation to, the College's educational purposes, is frequently used by students, and is not within the same reasonably contiguous geographic area of the College.
  3. Carroll Community College neither owns nor controls any building or property owned by a student organization; or
  4. Carroll Community College neither owns nor controls any building or property that is used in direct relation to the College's educational purposes and is frequently used by students, that is not within the same reasonably contiguous geographic area of the College.

Carroll Community College reaches agreements with various governmental agencies within Carroll County to utilize space for expansion of its credit and non-credit programs. Statistics  reported under the section entitled "Carroll Statistics" within the sub-section "Satellite Locations" provides information on incidents occuring both on the property and on property immediately adjacent to and accessible from the property being used for Carroll Community College classes.
