Meet the Prince Charmings of Cinderella and Rapunzel. Steve, a freelance narrator, is telling a story when he is interrupted by two dueling Princes: Prince Charming Hair and Prince Charming Smile. After Steve gets them to stop fighting, he narrates the story of Charming Hair and Cinderella. Steve gets a bit carried away at times, but they get to the traditional happy ending. This reminds Prince Charming Smile that he does not have a lady fair. When he meets Rapunzel, “imprisoned” by the wicked witch Imaboil and the New Age witch Esmepus, he falls deeply into shallow love. He determines to rescue her and win her as his wife. But Rapunzel doesn’t want the Prince, so Steve conjures up a sleeping Snow White. The final Happy Ever After happens to Steve, who, because of his honor, courageousness and kindness; is crowned Prince Charming All Round.
With a wonderful mix rich humor as well as delightful physical comedy, this play pleases audiences both young and old!

Androcles and the Lion
By Aurand Harris
Music by Glenn Mack
Directed by Jean Burgess
Refreshingly antic, irreverent treatment of Aesop's fable!
One of the most popular children's plays ever written, Androcles and the Lion has been produced in twenty countries. In Commedia dell’Arte tradition, a group of strolling players set up their stage and give a performance. Using authentic staging and stock characters of Commedia -- the miserly Pantalone, the bragging Captain, the romantic Lovers, the trickster Arlinquin, plus an endearing Lion -- Aesop's fable becomes a colorful theatrical experience. The play sky rockets with zany comedy, and glows with the warmth of friendship. Androcles and the Lion is a prize winning play, applauded around the world, again, and again!

Book, Music, and Lyrics by Jonathon Larson

Jonathan Larson's Pulitzer-prize winning Broadway musical based loosely on Puccini's opera La Bohème. It follows a year in the lives of seven friends living the disappearing Bohemian lifestyle in New York's East Village. AIDS and both its physical and emotional complications pervade the lives of Roger, Mimi, Tom and Angel; Maureen deals with her chronic infidelity through performance art; her partner, Joanne, wonders if their relationship is worth the trouble; Benjamin has sold out his Bohemian ideals in exchange for a hefty income and is on the outs with his former friends; and Mark, an aspiring filmmaker, feels like an outsider to life in general, always behind the camera recording the events but never playing a part.
