CRIM-115, Civil Rights and Liberties in Criminal Justice, is a study of the current state of civil liberties and civil/political rights in the United States with emphasis on required procedures and practices within the criminal justice system. Prerequisite: exemption/completion of READ-099. Three hours lecture each week. Three credits. Three billable hours.
