A+ Certification
The CompTIA A+ Certification course is a good first step in preparing for a career as an entry-level information technology (IT) professional or personal computer (PC) service technician.
This instructor led, group-paced, classroom course provides plenty of hands-on activities for you to acquire the essential skills and information needed to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems. It also prepares you for the CompTIA A+ Certification exams.
To enroll in the course, you must be familiar with Windows based personal computers and components, be able to search on the Internet, and understand file management in Windows (cut, copy, paste and rename files).
Instructor Robert Keller is a computer repair and network technician with over 15 years of field experience. He holds CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE) certifications.
