MICPEL Course Guidelines
You have 90 days to complete the course from the date you receive your username and password via e-mail from our Customer Service Department. Your online course is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Before starting your course review these course guidelines. Once you have successfully completed your course, you may request a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Certificate .
While each course is open for the public, it does not constitute legal advice, nor is it intended to constitute the practice of law.
Course Guidelines
To successfully complete each course, you need to view video segments and read and refer to case materials, rules and other documents that are identified for you in each course module.
- Video segments were recorded from live MICPEL course presentations. Access these videos using the "Modules" link.
- The written item in each module is intended to be a summation or brief explanation of the information contained in each video segment only and should not be solely relied upon.
- Reading materials are accessible in each module or as a whole in the "Course Materials."
- PDF documents are provided for you to read as you take the course and to download for future reference.
- PowerPoint presentations can be viewed online as you take the course and downloaded for future reference. Follow the instructions, in each module, to download presentations.
- Course materials are large and may require longer downloading time.
- Courses require Internet Explorer 6.X or higher or Mozilla Firefox 2.X or higher and the latest version of Adobe® Flash® Player software, which is available for download in the Start Here section of each course. A fast Internet connection is strongly recommended.
