The event features a formal cocktail reception followed by a performance of "The Rat Pack is Back." Starry Night proceeds benefit the Carroll Community College Foundation.
Through Carroll Community College Foundation's efforts, events like Starry Night raise money that enable the college to continue being Carroll County's premier learning community for state-of-the-market college experiences, baccalaureate preparation, and a lifelong education that is convenient and affordable.

Tickets for Starry Night are now on sale!
Tickets are $125 per person and include an hors d'oeuvres/open bar reception from 6 to 8 p.m., the Rat Pack performance from 8 to 10 p.m., and a dessert reception immediately following the performance.
