  • Internet Public Library Online Texts - links to collections of electronic books as well as individual works.  Includes short stories, poetry, complete works of Shakespeare, and more.
  • The Online Books Page - housed at the University of Pennsylvania, this site provides links to over 25,000 online books.  Searchable by author, title, and Library of Congress subject classes.
  • Open CRS - a project of the Center for Democracy and Technology which is dedicated to providing public access to the tax-funded research reports that the Congressional Research Service provides to the U. S. Congress.  Many of these are on topics of current political and national interest.
  • Project Gutenberg  - access to over 15,000 free electronic books. Most are older literary works.
