Content Literacy Information Consortium - the links below are provided by the consortium to promote "learning to read to learn" and are intended to give access to ideas and strategies that will enable learning

Content Area Specific Links:

  • Language Arts - ideas for language arts teachers including books, writing, drama, and spelling instruction
  • English - resources for literature, writing, and grammar including lesson plans, reference materials, links to on-line texts

(Technological Horizons in Education) Institute has "Everything for education K-12".   Hundreds of links by over sixty categories makes this a resource rich site for content teachers. Language arts is one of the categories and includes lesson plans and reading links.
