College Photo ID

  • College photo IDs are issued to all credit students that have registered and arranged payment for the term’s tuition (including paid in full, enrolled in FACTS (a payment plan), or received approval for financial aid and/or loan payment).

    Photo IDs are used for:

    • Use of the college Library and online resources
    • Use of the Fitness Center

    • Security
    • College IDs may be used at various stores and restaurants for student discounts.

College photo IDs are valid as long as the student remains eligible.* Students should always carry their college photo IDs on campus. These IDs must be presented upon request by college officials. Student Aides will take their college photo ID to the Financial Aid Office (A114) to receive a sticker designating the semester and year in which they are employed.
