Hill Scholars - Transfer Information
Carroll Community College maintains articulation agreements with all Maryland public colleges and universities (including University of Maryland, Towson University, Morgan State University, University of Baltimore, Bowie State University, St. Mary's College of Maryland, Coppin State College and Salisbury University).
Other colleges and universities throughout the Maryland/ Pennsylvania area that hold articulation agreements with Carroll Community College include:

Negotiations are currently underway for agreements with American University, George Washington University and Catholic University of America.
Carroll students have been accepted to other outstanding institutions including Auburn University; Bradley Academy of Art; Gettysburg College; Messiah College; North Carolina State University; Pennsylvania State University; University of South Carolina; West Virginia University; Wilson College; and many others.
Hill Scholars may expect their advisor to work closely with them to assist in transferring to any of the above institutions or to the many other colleges and universities students may wish to attend.
