Oversees staff and overall operation of Admissions, Advising and Counseling Center .
Communicates important information about Carroll to high school guidance counselors, coordinates special events on campus for prospective students, and advises concurrent students who are attending Carroll on release time from high school. Responsible for marketing and recruitment initiatives for the First Year Success Program and Hill Scholars Program.
Works with students who have been reinstated after academic suspension. Provides support to students who have received Early Alert warnings from faculty members. Serves as a faculty resource for crisis intervention and as a student resource for personal counseling in the community.
Visits high schools to speak with students on a monthly basis. Attends recruitment events to represent Carroll. Coordinates Carroll Student Ambassador's Program and serves as Phi Theta Kappa Chapter Advisor.
Conducts group advising for new students. Advises current students on course registration and transfer planning, and assists students in the graduation process.
