Parking is provided for students with physical disabilities in front of the College's main entrance, in front of the Learning Resources Center/behind the Allied Health building, and behind The Scott Center. Temporary permits may be issued by the Office of Facilities Management, Room A137, with proper documentation. This permit will be issued for up to two calendar weeks and cannot be renewed.
If the temporary disability is to exceed this two-week period, an application must be made and a temporary permit issued by the Motor Vehicle Administration.
Class registration assistance is available through the Office of Student Support Services. Students with disabilities are also welcome to use the counseling and advising services offered to all students in Room A102.
The Administration Office is responsible for the removal or modification of physical barriers throughout the campus. Facilities are constantly monitored to ensure that accessibility requirements are met. There are Safe haven stairwells in every building. The College urges students to become familiar with the locations.
