College policy requires that you contact your faculty member in advance if you are unable to attend class on a test or exam day, due to illness or emergency circumstances. Each academic division sets its own make-up test policy. Documentation of your situation may be required. Your class syllabus will contain specific information. See your instructor for assistance. 

If your instructor allows you to make up your quiz or exam in the Testing Center, room A120, you will be required to show your driver's license to receive your test. Please make an appointment if your exam requires use of a computer or listening device. Be sure to budget your time to complete the test within the instructor's time limits and the center's closing time.
