College policy requires that you contact your instructor in advance if you are unable to attend class on a test or exam day due to illness or emergency circumstances. You may also need to provide documentation. Each academic division sets its own make-up test policy, which is included in your class syllabus. For further details, speak with your instructor. 

After receiving instructor approval to make up a quiz or exam in the Testing Center, located in room A120, you will need to show your driver's license or other official government issued photo identification to receive your test.

Make an appointment if your exam requires a computer or listening device. Be sure to budget your time to complete the test within the instructor's time limits and the center's closing time.
