Our proctoring fee is $25.00 per test, payable prior to testing. Please be sure to bring your testing fee and photo identification on your test day and plan to finish before the posted closing time (hours).

To designate Carroll Testing Center as your proctoring site, please contact your home institution. Colleges and universities generally have a form that the tester completes using our contact information. Your college may send the test directly to us via email, fax, or postal mail:

If you would like to call to confirm that your test has arrived or that we are operating under normal hours, call 410-386-8450 or email testingcenter@carrollcc.edu. If you are concerned about weather-related closings, please call the weather line, 410-386-8457, for information. The college web site also routinely posts an announcement when a closing is warranted (www.carrollcc.edu). Please check the college calendar to see whether there will be bands or other events in the Great Hall and schedule yourself accordingly, if you are bothered by this type of distraction.

Please note that tests will be returned via U.S. mail and are picked up for postmarking by College staff at 9:00 a.m. daily (except Saturdays). Please be sure to meet testing and return deadlines as outlined on your course syllabus. Special mailing services are not available.
