Applying for Other Tutoring Options

If you are experiencing difficulty in one of your classes, first meet with your instructor during office hours. To make an appointment, download, print and complete a tutor request form (PDF) and drop it off at the Academic Center. We will contact you soon to set up an appointment.

Paper forms are also available in the Academic Center.
