Students should also meet with their instructor during office hours for additional help. Students should be aware that this request for tutoring will be shared with the instructor/appropriate academic department. Requests are filled on a first come/ first served basis.Every effort will be made to fill all tutor requests. However, we cannot guarantee that a tutor will be available in every subject area. Students are entitled to one-half hour of tutoring per week for each course. It may be necessary to place two students in the same half-hour session. Students must come to tutoring sessions with necessary materials and prepared questions. Students must contact their tutor if they are unable to attend a tutoring session. Failure to keep one tutor appointment may result in the loss of tutoring privileges.Please return this form to the Academic Center in person.
