Carroll Community College and the Mount Airy College Center will open at 12 noon today, Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Credit classes scheduled to start prior to 12 noon are canceled. Lab sections that start after the opening time will be held even though the lecture component of that class may have been canceled. Students should check Blackboard for information from instructors. For information on Continuing Education classes call 410-386-8457. For safety reasons, do not arrive prior to opening time.
With more than 100 distance courses available, and a fully online degree option starting fall 2015, students can choose a format that meets their needs! Carroll uses a learning management system called Blackboard (Bb) for the online component of distance courses. Regular access to the Internet is absolutely required.
