Involvement in student activities is an important part of a well-rounded education at Carroll. However, Student Life is more than events and activities. The Office of Student Life promotes opportunities for students to engage in all aspects of the campus.
Carroll's Office of Student Life provides a strong link between academic departments and co-curricular learning. Co-curricular learning includes all educational opportunities that occur outside of the classroom environment. As a result of participation in these types of activities, you can expect to develop a greater understanding of and increased competence in leadership, organizational techniques, group processes and interpersonal communication. You can also develop your knowledge and related skills in interests or topics that appeal to you.
Participation in campus activities helps to promote student growth. Student events such as weekend trips, concerts, theatrical productions, lecture programs, student publications, and multicultural programs are some of the special opportunities available to students. As a student, you are encouraged to offer input into planning and programming.
If you are interested in becoming involved or possibly starting a new club or event, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. For more specific information, contact one of the Student Life staff:
