Service-learning that is offered as an assignment within an academic course is known as a Community Partnership Project (CPP). Community Partnership Projects integrate hands-on service experiences in the community with academic classroom learning objectives.

Co-curricular Service-Learning

Co-curricular service-learning is service performed by clubs or organizations that is thoughtfully planned, meets real identified needs in the community, and allows structured time for reflection of the service experience.
