He’s passionate about developing the next generation of leaders because he knows that great leaders are made through a combination of experience, learning and behavior. As the managing director of Center Point Leadership Development, a certified executive coach and professional facilitator, Cubbage has extensive experience working with leaders at every level of an organization discovering the best ways to lead people, develop teams and achieve results. The outcomes are undeniable: increased employee engagement, high-performing teams and improved performance. He earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Hood College, is an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a contributing writer to Forbes Magazine, a TEDx speaker, an adjunct professor and a decorated combat veteran.

Dr. Terry Jackson Carroll Community CollegeDr. Terry Jackson is a dynamic executive advisor, thought leader, TEDx speaker and organizational consultant. He is a member of the prestigious Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches. He was chosen by Thinkers50 as one of the top 50 Leaders in Executive Coaching in 2019 and 2021 and was named by Thinkers 360 as a Top 20 Global Leader in the Future of Work, and CIO Review Magazine named Jackson’s consulting company, JCG Consulting Group LLC, as one of the “Top 10 Most Promising Leadership Development Solution Providers 2019.” He is also a consultant/speaker for the U.S. State Department International Information Program. Jackson earned a Ph.D. in Management, with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change consistent with his purpose of “helping others improve their quality of life.”

Annette J. Morris, MA, is the CEO and owner of Goal Getter, LLC; Founder of Goal GetHER, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit organization; host of The M.I.N.D Weekly TV series; and movement maker for The M.I.N.D. Initiative. She helps female entrepreneurs and therapists monetize their divine gifts and skills, positioning them to create profitable businesses to leverage to both live and leave a legacy. A first-generation college graduate and entrepreneur, she holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Southern University of New Orleans and a Master of Art degree from Xavier University of Louisiana.

Julie Peatt Cassaday is the founder of her company, Tanglewood Life Coaching. She is trained as a speaker, life coach and Reiki Healer, and earned a BS of Communications at Towson University, a Certification as a Law of Attraction Life Coach, a Certification as a Master Level Reiki Healer and a Certificate of “Caregiving for Parents 101.” Earlier this year, she published her first book, Dear Sweet Mama: Caregiving for a Loved One During the Covid 19 Pandemic, which tells the story of her caregiving journey with her mother who was living with dementia as Covid clamped down on our way of living.

Mark Eberhart, a brother of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, was the first graduate of UMBC’s Imaging and Digital Arts program in 1995. After 10 years in the private sector, he joined the federal workforce in 2005, where he currently works as member of the intelligence community.
A three-time survivor of cancer, Mark has dedicated much of his free time giving back to his community. An above-knee amputee, Eberhart taught himself to walk, run, bike, ski and snowboard, becoming the first amputee to post a video on YouTube demonstrating above-knee amputees could effectively snowboard. As a federal employee, he recently became the first disabled employee of his agency to utilize the Reasonable Accommodation process to secure a reserved, ADA parking space.

Mary Louque Carroll Community CollegeMary Louque is the Vice President/ Director of Admissions for Gerstell Academy, a private, independent Pre-K-12 school for students in Carroll County. Louque has served the Gerstell community for 17 years. Prior to that she was a school principal in Greenville, South Carolina where she lived for four years. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Loyola University, as well as a K-12 Leadership Certificate from the University of Notre Dame.

Lisa Anderson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC, is a Chief HR Officer (CHRO) for a technology company and the President of Positively in Pursuit, LLC. She is a certified Leadership/Career Coach who also has 25 years of HR experience. Her coaching business focuses on women in leadership who want to intentionally work on finding their leadership voice, building their leadership courage and increasing their leadership (executive) presence so that they can propel their careers. Her book Invisible Professional to Influential Leader is a leadership tip book for women leaders who want to lead confidently and authentically. Anderson holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University. She holds several HR certifications. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), certified in Energy Leadership (ELI-MP) and a member of the John Maxwell Team of speakers and trainers.

Linda Roszak Burton, ACC, BBC, BS, is Managing Partner of DRW, Inc., a leadership development and executive coaching firm. DRW’s innovative strengths-based coaching programs incorporate evidence-based practices in positive psychology, gratitude, neuroscience and positive organizational behaviors (POB) in the delivery of executive and team coaching services. Burton is a credentialed executive coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Brain-Based Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, a Mental Fitness Coach through Positive Intelligence, a licensed Positive Psychology Instructor and a member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School Affiliate. She holds a BS in Health Education from Virginia Tech and has completed coursework pursuing an MS in Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore.
