  • Kedren Crosby

    Kedren holds a Master’s degree in Policy Science from The University of Maryland, graduate level Certificates in Nonprofit Studies from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Conflict Resolution at Notre Dame and has completed graduate coursework in Organizational Behavior at Harvard University.  Kedren is also a certified practitioner of Emotional Intelligence and serves as adjunct graduate school faculty at Elizabethtown College.  She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Business Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Kedren has written and presented extensively on burnout, work-life integration, authentic leadership, organizational culture, organizational conflict management and communication best practices.  

    Professionally, Kedren has enjoyed serving as a CEO, CDO, Director, Associate Director, Interim Executive Director, President, Vice President, author and professor.  Her 25 years’ workplace experience in all three sectors (for-profit, non-profit, government) fuel both her empathy and her ability to see quickly into your specific scenario.

  • Albert Randall Jr.

    Bert Randall, President of Franklin & Prokopik, is a trial attorney concentrating in complex matters involving employment, tort liability and business litigation. He regularly represents companies in state and federal courts, and before state and federal administrative agencies. Outside of his active trial practice, Bert provides general counsel services to Maryland businesses including General Counsel to the Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA) and Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM). Additionally, Bert actively counsels employers in effective policy formation and training in order to avoid costly litigation.

    Bert is sensitive to his clients’ needs by ensuring premiere, yet cost-effective, legal representation. When needed, he often works with other F&P attorneys in other practice areas to ensure clients’ issues are solved with a cohesive and well-rounded approach. As part of his practice, he has cultivated relationships with law firms and attorneys across the nation to provide his national clients with quality representation in any jurisdiction in which they have legal needs.

  • Michael Bryant

    Michael Bryant is the president of CTS Consulting - a Baltimore -based multi-disciplined consulting firm and a six-time Ironman triathlon finisher.

    In 1981, after acknowledging that he was terminally unemployable, Michael founded Career Transition Services-now CTS Consulting. His focus with both individuals and corporations has been on assisting others in creating effective working lives.  The outside world knows him as a career/management consultant but for nearly four decades Michael has functioned as a professional “unstucker.”

    He has a passion for showing people practical ways to communicate and connect more effectively. With nearly 40 year’s experience consulting with organizations and their leadership and HR teams, insatiable curiosity, and the courage to challenge what’s possible in an effort to continually grow and improve, Michael’s perspective on work and life is one-of-a-kind and inspiring.

    An avid writer he has authored over 150 articles through his website In addition to his writing and consulting, he is also a popular speaker. Michael is known for his ability to entertain, educate and inspire his audiences to rethink and expand the possibilities for their personal and professional lives.

    His practical approach resonates with others, as he offers actionable takeaways and encouragement that anything really is possible.
