Microsoft Office 365 for Students

  • Carroll Community College is providing Microsoft Office free of charge to students enrolled in one or more credit courses. This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more will be available. The software can be installed on up to 5 compatible PCs and Macs, or tablets.

    To be eligible you must be enrolled in one or more credit courses for the current semester. When you are no longer eligible, you will still be able to access and print your files, but you will not be able to install new instances of Microsoft Office and you will not be able to create/save/edit files.

    To get Microsoft Office follow these steps:

    • An email will be sent to each student that registers for a credit class. It will contain your User Name to access Office 365 and instructions to setup your account. The email will be from with the subject "Carroll Community College Student Email and Account Setup".

    • Once your account is set up, login to the Office 365 Portal to download the software.

    • Download and install from your app store.
