About the Program

With an emphasis on hospitality and business management, Carroll’s Technical and Professional Studies A.A.S. program charts a unique experience, combining the attainment of a degree while completing an apprenticeship to provide an earn-while-you-learn opportunity.

Students are matched with a local employer who hires them to work at its organization while they also attend classes at Carroll to earn their Associate degree, advancing their industry knowledge and earning a progressive wage simultaneously.

In addition to the apprenticeship model, students take classes in management, accounting, human relations, and marketing.
