This position will assist in recruiting athletes in fall
2019 and spring 2020 for the fall 2020 season. The season starts August
1-November 15. A stipend will be provided for recruiting in fall 2019-spring
2020. Collaboration on equipment and supplies will be expected.
Responsible for the
management, coaching and supervision of Women’s Soccer Program and its student
athletes and staff. Responsible for
supporting the mission, vision, values and strategic priorities of the
college. This position will assist in
recruiting athletes to implement and grow the Women’s Soccer Program. This position reports to the Athletic
REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:
Bachelor’s Degree and some experience as a head soccer coach or
assistant coach at the high school or college level. Three years’ experience
preferred. Must possess effective coaching
techniques and skills. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules,
regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. Must possess the ability to establish and
maintain effective working relationships with college staff and student athletes.
Supervisory experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
preferred. Must be positive, cooperative

College campus, outdoor/indoor soccer venues, athletic training
facility; travel to sports events/games and/or as required for recruiting
student athletes. Part-Time/Seasonal, 20 hours per week.
