This position will assist in recruiting athletes in spring 2020
to implement and grow the Women’s Lacrosse Program in spring 2021. The season
starts January 15th-May 15th. A stipend will be provided
for recruiting in fall 2019-fall 2020. Collaboration on equipment and supplies
will be expected.
Responsible for the
management, coaching and supervision of Women’s Lacrosse Program and its
student athletes and staff. Responsible
for supporting the mission, vision, values and strategic priorities of the
college. This position reports to the Athletic Director.
REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:
Bachelor’s Degree and some experience as a head lacrosse coach or
assistant coach at the high school or college level. Two years’ experience
preferred. Must possess effective coaching
techniques and skills. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules,
regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. Must possess the ability to establish and
maintain effective working relationships with college staff and student athletes.
Supervisory experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
preferred. Must be positive, cooperative

lacrosse venues, athletic training facility; travel to sports events/games
and/or as required for recruiting student athletes. Part-Time, Seasonal, 20
hours per week.
