Course Description
CRIM-299, Criminal Justice/Legal Studies Internship, provides students with practical field experience. The student will work with experts in the Criminal Justice and Legal Studies fields. The student will coordinate all field experience with the on-campus instructor. 45 hours required for each credit. One to six credits.
Course Objectives and Grading Information
This course is designed to provide the student with an overall view of the criminal justice system. At the conclusion of the course the student will be able to:
1. Integrate classroom theory and internship in oral and written reports.GE-1,6,7/ GE-1,2,3,4

3. Describe and maintain client confidentiality. GE-2,3,6,7 / GE-2,4
