Carroll is a friendly, accessible, and affordable option to complete an Associate’s Degree or just credits to transfer to another school. A completed AA degree can knock out most (or all) general education requirements for a Bachelor’s degree at a 4-year institution and Carroll has transfer agreements with Maryland 4-year colleges.
