Travel Agent
Travel Agents arrange accommodations, tours and transportation for individual travelers or groups of travelers. Work time is mostly days but the job sometimes requires evenings and Saturdays. Some travel agents work remotely from their homes and are self-employed.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 18 years of age and high school diploma or GED. Must be proficient with computers and the internet, and have excellent customer relations skills.

Upon successfully completing the training and passing the Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) exam, which is administered during class, you are eligible for certification from the International Travel Institute.
