Increase the awareness of the potential poisons that are found in every home and school. The majority of non-fatal poisonings occur in children younger than six years old; and, poisonings are one of the leading causes of death among adults. Applicable teachings on how to help prevent poisonings from occurring, and for those cases where a poisoning does occur, what to do quickly and safely for that child. Educational materials and resources will be given to each participant.
