Visit four of the finest traditional and artisanal chocolate makers in Brooklyn! You’ll learn the history of chocolate in Brooklyn, watch demonstrations, visit the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory where you’ll enjoy a scoop of their award-winning chocolate ice cream, enjoy lunch at Grimaldi’s Pizza under the Brooklyn Bridge for two slices of thin crust, Neapolitan style, Margherita pizza, then we’ll head over to The Chocolate Room in Cobble Hill and sample their award-winning mini chocolate cupcakes and Belgian hot chocolate, the next stop will be Raaka Chocolates, then the final stop is Li-Lac Chocolates, the oldest chocolate maker in NYC.

Chanticleer has been called the most romantic, imaginative, and exciting public garden in America. The garden, located in Wayne, Pennsylvania, is a study of textures and forms, where foliage trumps flowers, the gardeners lead the design, and even the drinking fountains are sculptural. It is a garden of pleasure and learning relaxing yet filled with ideas to take home. After touring the gardens enjoy a picnic lunch in one of the picnic areas located within the garden.

From the famous spa resort town of Montecatini Terme to Lucca, Florence, and Pisa, discover renaissance walls, Romanesque churches, and medieval streets. Make your way to a Tuscan winery and learn about the art of winemaking as you taste local varieties. Marvel at the ornate façade of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Take in views of the Piazza della Signoria, the center of Medici power, and Santa Croce Square. Capture the gravity-defying inclination of the iconic Leaning Tower in Pisa. Learn the secrets of traditional Tuscan cuisine by partaking in a cooking class, using local ingredients and culinary techniques, then enjoy your freshly prepared meal for dinner.
