You’ll learn the history of chocolate in Brooklyn, watch demonstrations, visit the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory where you’ll enjoy a scoop of their award-winning chocolate ice cream, enjoy lunch at Grimaldi’s Pizza under the Brooklyn Bridge for two slices of thin crust, Neapolitan style, Margherita pizza, then we’ll head over to The Chocolate Room in Cobble Hill and sample their award-winning mini chocolate cupcakes and Belgian hot chocolate, the next stop will be Raaka Chocolates, then the final stop is Li-Lac Chocolates, the oldest chocolate maker in NYC.

Take in views of the Piazza della Signoria, the center of Medici power, and Santa Croce Square. Capture the gravity-defying inclination of the iconic Leaning Tower in Pisa.
