Carroll Community College Offers Certificate Programs to Propel Workers into Leadership, Management
Carroll Community College offers leadership development and management classes designed to help workers take the next step upward in their careers.
Classes may be taken individually or grouped together to obtain a Certificate in Leadership, Certificate in Management, or Project Management Certificate.
Some of the highlights of the Leadership courses include action planning and strategic planning, and honing skills for working with employees. Some of the highlights of the Management courses include team building, hiring, delegating, and cultivating improved performance.
The Project Management Certificate prepares students for careers as project managers and provides the knowledge needed to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.
