Carroll Community College seeks knowledgeable and energetic facilitator/coach to teach “Winning New Jobs: Setting Higher Individual Expectations”. This is a temporary contract position with the Continuing Education and Training Department. Work hours are 9:30 a.m. -  2 p.m. Monday – Friday two weeks per month for 12 months. This week-long class is for job seekers that are referred through the Department of Social Services. Content includes awareness of community resources with guest speakers, and agency presentations. The week culminates in the creation of a cover letter, resume and mock interview.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in small groups or one on one coaching situations teaching job preparation skills, application and interview strategies.  Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in human resources or other related field.
