Campus Alert

Carroll Community College transcripts are sent via Parchment Digital Credential Service. Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access Parchment ordering.

For current students, official transcripts can be accessed through the Lynx Student Portal by clicking on Official Transcript. This will automatically take you to the Parchment transcript ordering site. For former students, official transcripts can be accessed directly through the Parchment website.

Transcript orders are processed in real time, so if you are currently enrolled, please check to make sure all of your current grades and degree awards have been posted to your transcript. You can verify this by first reviewing your Unofficial Transcript with GPA in the Lynx Student Portal.

If you are not currently enrolled and want to review your unofficial transcript before ordering, please contact records@carrollcc.edu.

Students can also create a Parchment account.

The following information is needed to set up a Parchment account:

  • Name while attending Carroll
  • Birthdate
  • Year graduated or year last attended
  • A valid email address and credit card are needed to order transcript

Please remember to log out of Parchment and close your browser when you’ve completed your request.

There is a $5.00 fee per transcript. Secure official PDF emailed transcripts are normally processed within 10-15 minutes of request and there is no postage cost. A printed copy of a PDF transcript is not official.

Your Parchment account will now show all of the colleges that you have attended.  Be sure to select Carroll Community College, when sending a transcript.

Transcript attachments can be attached to your Parchment transcript order.

For coursework completed prior to July 1, 1993, contact Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville Campus, Record’s Office at 443-840-2222. CCBC also uses Parchment.

Email addresses that end with .mil, .gov and other firewall-protected addresses may have difficulty opening the transcript due to the embedded security features.

If you have additional questions, please contact the Records Office at records@carrollcc.edu or 410-386-8440.

Have your military credit and experience evaluated by sending your documents to the Carroll Community College Records Office. For assistance with VA issues, contact Irene Ward, Carroll’s Veteran Certifying Official, at iward@carrollcc.edu or 410-386-8437.

Military transcripts often reflect the ACE Guide to the Evaluation of Educational Experiences in the Armed Services. Course transferability toward Carroll requirements is evaluated and determined by Carroll faculty department chairs, based on specific course objectives. Carroll typically awards elective credits for military training.

After we have posted your credits to your Carroll record, you will receive an email from the Carroll transcript evaluator, Callie White. Check your email and meet with an Academic Adviser (A102) if you have questions about selecting appropriate classes.

If you intend to pursue a Bachelor’s degree, you should also consider the transfer practices of the 4-year institution where you plan to attend. The transfer practices for evaluating military experience for academic credit vary by institution.

Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy: Active Duty, Reserve, and Veterans

Register for the Joint Services Transcript (JST) System. The JST provides a uniform transcript of all military training and experiences to service members of all branches. This new electronic transcript service includes:

  • Army Officer and Warrant Officer training
  • Joint military training conducted by other services
  • DANTES-funded test scores

As a result of the merger between Army/American Council on Education Registry Transcript System (AARTS) and the JST, personnel data should be reviewed for accuracy and to ensure that completed training is documented in the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS).

Air Force

  • Log in to the Air Force Portal, which is available for active duty, reserve and veteran Air Force members.
  • All transcripts are processed overnight and sent via U.S. Postal Service within two business days of the order.
