Getting Started – Littlest Learners
A Deferred Payment Plan is now available for our Littlest Learner’s families. In order to establish your Deferred Payment Plan for your Littlest Learner’s tuition, you will need a Carroll Community College account. The College’s password security standard requires that all users change their account password the first time they log on to the system.
Setting up your Carroll Account
To set up your account for the first time:
- Open this link: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/?whr=carrollcc.edu
- Enter your Carroll email address (see original email for this information)
- On the next screen, choose “forgot my password” and click “Next.”
- You will be sent a verification code to your personal email account
- Enter your verification code.
- You will then be prompted to create a password.
- Store your password somewhere secure, like a password manager. You will need this password handy for many transactions.
Note: The first time you log in, you will be required to set up Multi-Factor Authentication. Click here for instructions on setting this up.

You will use this College account information to enroll in your Deferred Payment Plan. Once you finish the password setup, you will follow the steps to establish your Payment Agreement:
Go to – https://www.carrollcc.edu/mycarroll
Choose LYNX Student portal and Login using CCC account
Choose Student Finance
Select Make a Payment
Select Continue to Payment Center
Click on Payment Plans at the top of the page
