Libby is the Senior Director of Corporate Services and Workforce at Carroll Community College and of Advantage C. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, as well as a Senior Certified Professional certification (SCP) from SHRM. Prior to joining Carroll Community College, Libby spent nearly 24 years in the financial services industry in various leadership positions in human resources, training and organizational development. She earned an MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD and an undergraduate in business from Notre Dame University of Maryland. Libby’s passion and expertise lie in organizational development, with an emphasis in leadership and management development and performance management.
Jill is the Director of Corporate Solutions for Advantage C. Before coming to Carroll Community College, she spent over 20 years in corporate recruiting and staffing and most recently served as the Director
of Career Services in an institution of higher education. Jill earned her Master of Arts in Human Sciences and an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Hood College in Frederick, MD.
Jill is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified facilitator. She employs a collaborative approach to business development and enjoys working with community businesses and organizations to bring out the best in people and performance.
As Client Support Services Coordinator for Advantage C, Michelle enjoys providing the highest level of marketing and logistical support, along with managing the delivery details for contract training. She earned her undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management from East Stroudsburg University and is currently enrolled as an MBA student at Mount St. Mary’s University. A native of central Pennsylvania, Michelle and her family now reside in Maryland where she enjoys living well, eating well and staying fit and healthy.
