    Returning Students 

    Scholarship applications are only available online from Monday, February 26th through Friday, April 6th.

    Typically, scholarships are available to new and returning students; students pursuing particular programs and students of special populations. Not all scholarships are based on financial need, so we encourage all students to apply. 

    How to Apply

    Follow the steps below to apply. Scholarships are not awarded until all criteria have been met and verified.
    1. New students must complete the enrollment application to be considered for scholarships.
    2. If you have not yet filed a 2018 - 2019 Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( FAFSA), please do so today.
    3. Browse available scholarships and submit your application online.   
  • Merit-Based Awards for Incoming High School Graduates

  • To be eligible for these awards, qualified applicants must register and enroll as full-time (12 billable hours) students by July 15th for the Fall term immediately following high school graduation.

  • NEW! Rising STEM Award - $2000

    Are you seeking an exciting career in the STEM field? Science students admitted into our prestigious STEM Scholars Honors program receive $500 per semester for two years—that is 20% off tuition towards an Associate degree. Students who graduate from the Project Lead the Way program offered through the Carroll Career and Technology Center are automatically admitted into STEM Scholars.

  • NEW! Top Ten Award - $500

    Students who finish in the top 10% of their graduating class with an unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher are eligible for this scholarship. (This does not include additional funding provided to the Hill Scholars through the Hill Endowment.)

  • NEW! Jump Start Award - $500

    High school students who, while dually enrolled at Carroll, had earned a minimum of six college credits with a 3.0 GPA or higher are eligible to receive this monetary incentive when they pursue an Associate’s degree at Carroll.

  • The Carroll Community College Foundation scholarships are supported by the generous donations of many individuals, corporations and local community organizations. Our donors are investing in our students and our community as a whole.
