Course Description

MUSIC-123, Symphony Orchestra 2, student perform compositions from all musical styles from the Baroque to the present. The orchestra consists of students from both McDaniel and Carroll Community Colleges as well as community musicians. There is at least one public performance every semester. Open by audition only. To schedule an audition please contact the FPA office at 410-386-8575. Prerequisite: exemption/completion of ASE Reading. Three hours laboratory each week. One credit. One billable hour. Students register at Carroll Community College. Orchestra is held at McDaniel College. Offered Spring and Fall terms.
