Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment
Carroll Community College’s Institutional Effectiveness (IE) and Assessment staff support the collection, reporting, sharing, and analysis of data to inform institutional decision-making and a culture of continuous improvement.
All assessment activity at the College is guided by its five-step model, the Reflective Improvement Cycle (Define/Redefine, Design, Implement, Analyze, Modify/Maintain).
