Pay Grade: Grade
8,$19.51 per hour
FLSA Status: No-exempt
This position, under the direction
of the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Special Events, plans and
implements all Advancement and Foundation events to achieve goals, ensuring all
internal and external constituencies’ expectations are priorities for each
event are exceeded. Work 15-20 hours per week with flexibility required to work
a combination of morning, day, and some evening hours as well as some weekends.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:
The following physical abilities are required:
Work environment involves everyday
risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places
as office, meeting, and training rooms; use of safe work-place practices with office
equipment; computers for data entry and word processing with some highly
technical applications and new technology systems; avoidance of trips and
falls; observance of fire and building safety regulations; and observance of
traffic signals when driving.
